WarrantyPrep Privacy Policy

WarrantyPrep is a service of ATT Ventures LLC (United States). This page explains what we collect when you use warrantyprep.com or send us a claim file, and what we do with it.

This is a short policy for a small pilot. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

When you use the intake form or email desk@warrantyprep.com, you may send:

  • Shop name and a contact email or phone
  • Job notes (what already happened on the claim)
  • Work order
  • Parts invoice
  • Photos (nameplate, failed part, compressor or coil tag, and similar)
  • Serial numbers, model numbers, dates, and part numbers that appear in those files
  • Homeowner name, install address, or phone if they are on the work order or invoice

We do not ask for OEM portal passwords. Do not send ServiceBench, ComfortSite, Warranty Express, or other manufacturer logins. If you send a password by mistake, we delete it.

We do not take payment card numbers on this site. Payments go through Stripe.

What we use it for

We use the files only to:

  • Score a free teardown (Rescuable, Needs evidence, or Not viable)
  • Build a claim pack you can submit yourself, if you pay
  • Reply to you about that job
  • Keep a simple operations log (dates, brand, verdict, whether you paid)

We do not sell your files. We do not use them to file a claim in a manufacturer portal. You submit.

What we do not do

  • We do not log into manufacturer portals for you
  • We do not guarantee a manufacturer will approve or pay a claim
  • We do not collect bank account or card data ourselves
  • We do not need medical information. Do not send it.

Storage and access

Files live in a restricted Google Drive folder and a tracking sheet used by ATT Ventures LLC. Access is limited to people working the desk.

How long we keep files

We keep job files for 90 days after the last email on that job, then delete or redact homeowner details unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up pack, or we must keep a record for tax or a dispute.

You can email desk@warrantyprep.com and ask us to delete your files sooner. We will confirm when it is done.

Where this applies

We operate from the United States. If you send files from elsewhere, you understand they will be stored and reviewed in the US.
