WarrantyPrep Terms of Service

WarrantyPrep is a service of ATT Ventures LLC (United States). By sending a form, email, or payment, you agree to these terms.

This is a short terms page for a small pilot. It is not legal advice.

The service

We review HVAC manufacturer-warranty job files you send (work order, invoice, photos, notes). We return a free teardown verdict: Rescuable, Needs evidence, or Not viable.

If the verdict is Rescuable and you pay the listed fee, we prepare a claim pack (field sheet, parts table, diagnosis drawn from your notes, photo index, missing-docs list, submit checklist). You copy it into the manufacturer portal and submit.

Pilot prices (may change): $149 per pack, $499 for five packs, $899 per month desk as listed at the time you pay.

What you must send

Accurate files you have the right to share. You are responsible for serials, invoices, photos, and dates. If a fact is missing, we will not invent it.

Do not send OEM portal passwords. We do not need your OEM login. You submit.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee the manufacturer will accept or pay the claim
• We do not file the claim for you
• We do not take a percentage of any credit
• A denied claim is not automatically Rescuable
• Free teardown does not include a full pack

If we tell you Not viable, do not pay us for that file.

Payment

Fees are earned when we deliver the pack (or desk work described in the order). They are not contingent on manufacturer approval. Refunds are case by case if we fail to deliver a pack after payment. Stripe processes payment.

Your role

You stay the person who submits the claim. You confirm coverage and clocks in the portal. You keep your own manufacturer accounts.

Our role

We prepare documents from what you sent. We are not your technician, lawyer, or insurer. We are not a substitute for licensed HVAC judgment.

Privacy

Job files can include contractor and homeowner details (name, address, phone, equipment). See the Privacy Policy. We keep files only as long as that policy says, then delete or redact.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ATT Ventures LLC is not liable for manufacturer denials, missed clocks after we return a pack, or credits you expected. Our total liability for a job is the fees you paid us for that job in the prior three months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

US law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state we designate on an order form if one is used. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
